ok guys!

bout to head off home and start doing some work on the RSi

my exhaust is knocking badly and blowing, no matter how much i adjust it at the downpipe it still sits wayyy too close to the heat shield! any tips, also what can i use to pack around the mid boxas that is what knocking, i tried using exhaust rubbers but they just disintegrated after a few drives!!

need some thing fat and heat proof lol

also, going to start major strippage on the car, im sick of the rattles, taking it all out will fix them. :) the back seats, shelf etc.. are out, but major panels are getting removed, front door cars and the like, where do i start?

thanks

Same problem with the exhaust on my RSi... no matter how much i adjust its still never perfect

My dad works at magnex ive took the car in a few times for the blokes there to have a look at it, and they said "The Magnex exhaust was never acutally tested on a RSi, even though its a very similar to the williams and 16valves its never gonna fit exactly the same as the car has a different down pipe and manifold"

Oh and they did say it doesnt help with the car being so bloodey low!

No, it's not fixed, and I'm nowhere near 8ft tall

Actually it's not even in the car anymore - I've swapped it round with one of the other cars so am now using this, to save another kilo or so...
