On one side of my chassis rail its been jacked on you can see its scuffed up the underseal a bit and you can see bare metal, do you cut it and then paint some new stuff on.

Or just go wild with a paintbursh everywhere?

I like this :D

It is easier to rustproof yourself than it is the car and it takes weeks to
get it off your hair

What a selling point!

just done mine. its a bit messy but easy enough if you have a few bits of kit.

1. wire brushes in electric drill. clean every thing in site.
2. screw driver. poke all loose under seal off.
3. treat any rust with a rust remedy and primer.
4. use a waxoyl application nozzle and spray inside all chassis rails sills box section etc. put the waxoyl container in a bucket of really hot water while doing this.
5. spray underneath the car with a waxoyl impregnated underseal using a compressor and underseal gun. mask the body and engine bay well.

You guys should try ordering a few cans of this from the States. They paint this stuff on sea-going vessels. I use this to treat an 11-year-old battery acid corrosion on my radiator and it hasn't grown much since. I spray it once every few years. It feels very much like WD-40 but it stops corrosion dead on the spot.
