A while ago my batt light came on as i was driving home but promptly went off about a mile down the road? Now when i use the car turn it off and then turn it back on the batt light comes on? I have sanded the terminals and applied a little grease incase of a loose connection but no joy. Would this indicate alternator problems? I have had a look at the belt, it does look a little worn but it is spinning the star shaped bit.
