Just out of interest, if it was in trader or ebay. What do you think its market value would be.

I payed about £2225 about 1.5 years ago for it. I wouldnt sell it now as ive invested too much in it and its worth more to me than its perceived value. But just interested.

sounds like you got a decent deal at the time 8)

i'd say it's worth the same amount now as it was then?

it's got 140k+ on the clocks hasn't it?

it would be worth a lot more to anyone on here who knows you, but not much more on ebay, trader etc

just my opinion

it could have twice that on the clock, dunt matter as the chassis are pretty durable, it's everything else that aint. but, Rob has pretty much replaced/renewed everything anyway so i'd imagine you could get around £4k+ depending on bodywork. you'd obviously have to mention the fact it's been rebuilt back to zero miles on the engine.

3.5-4k But i'd imagine getting someone to view it would be the hard part. People are put off by 100,000 + cars.

Is worth more to a enthusiast than it is to joe bloggs who doesn't understand the car. 2-3k to Joe bloggs i'd say.

I dont care if my cars worth £5 or £5000 mate - its priceless to me and it will never go. (even if i ever buy a 1)

You will never see all your money again mate....but thats not the reason why we do it.

Yeah i totally agree Northy. I think that if i put it on the market id be lucky to see 3.5k for it. Like i say its irrelevant to me as i will burn it out in a field before i let anyone else get their hands on it. Same goes for 0002.

In fact i like this car so much, i have just ordered new screws for it from Reno to replace the rusting ones. I have bags of new screws, bolts and nuts in my front room ready to fit. :D
