Not as low as i would have liked, Dam seized £40 coilies ;) ;) ....ended up binning the helper springs ...Still got to settle n all

PS ...Big shout to the torsion bar king Mr Keefy!!! theres no bar to seized :wink: :wink

Take it to a specialist mate. Mine was ceased and they used a hydraulic pushing tool thingy to release it.

It was £80 and I just couldnt be arsed farting around on my drive doing that.

Sure mate.

Im in Preston, and got it done at protec in bamber bridge.

I can find the number if you want. All depends on whether you are local I suppose.

Any specialist tuning place will sort it for you. Id ring round mate, and ask them if they have a hydraulic tool for pushing out torsion bars. Not sure on the technical name! By all means have a go yourself, just depends whether you have the patience and technology know how!

There will be plenty local to you Im sure. Renault will have one but I doubt they woill lower cars! Worth a ring though I suppose! :o
