Arch liners do need to be removed to get to the nuts under the wings and they'll most likely be rusted to bollocks :(

Just tried to remove the nuts on each side of the front wings (to remove the front bumper), and bugger, the captive nut must have broken as the bolts are spinning but not coming undone. Cannot see any way of getting to the captive nut.
Assume that I need to grind the head of the nut?
Unless anyone on here has any words of wisdom as there is not much space in this area for a grinder :???: ?

Thanks for the reply, does this actually cut through bolt heads?
If so looks like another tool purchase for the Clio Restoration ;-)
