Hi, I was checking my TPS resistance yesterday and it was down on the figures it should be, Red-Yellow was about 5.20ohms or something, the thing was I couldn't even adjust it high enough to get anywhere near 5.78.

So I got another TPS today and changed it to 5.78. Yellow-Green was about 4.08.. Which is the most important RY or YG? RG stays the same.

However at this setting it was idling shit. So does this mean something else isn't right then? I've had to adjust it with the engine running and it's idling at 850-900 once warm (when cold it's going up and down so the lambda will be changed soon)

thanks.

The ECU ignores the lambda until the coolant gets to a certain temp.

My TPS doesn't seem to be in the correct position as the car 'kangoes' on VERY LIGHT throttle i.e. cruising on the flat and just needed to ever so gently touch the peddle. Can be horrendous in traffic :(

But.. on the plus side.. my fuel econ was 36mpg since last fill up, so I can't complain much lol. Will have another fiddle soon though :)
