1 FAST6 here as promised




1)-disconnect battery then:- open the hatch where the jack is located, removed it accordingly, then undo the ecu bracketry which is underneath the jack.

2) the ecu is present inside the black box. manipulate the black box out and open it. unhook the loom and remove the ecu-the silver unit.

3) using a torx bit, open the ECU lid

4) remove the circuit boad
if you are a confident solderer then you can remove the chip using copper braid and a variable temp iron, if not i wouldnt even attempt as you can fry your ecu and rip the tracks off the sandwich board.
take the ecu to the TV repair man or electronics specialist.

5) Desolder the ecu chip, and solder in the chip carrier, if you want to plug and play. take note of the ecu position and the notch location.

plug your modded chip/old chip back in....

now reverse the process placing the ecu back in to the car reconnect power and away you go
