scraping/grinding noise when driving

can anyone help, i ve got a williams 2 with 56K on the clock, its always been seriviced up to date, but now i ve got a scraping/grinding noise when driving at any speed and it happens in every gear, but when i free wheel in neutral or put the clutch in the noise dissapears, i reckon its possibly the clutch thrust bearing as the noise is in every gear

any pointers as to what the problem is would be appriciated
