I tried it again today and clutch was fine, np selected every gear np,
May be clutch cable getting abit stick & hot,
Ha Ha coops, couple more press's of that clutch my muscles will be ripping out my leg, lmao
Clutch take-up point can sometimes drop lower when the engine is running hot. In some case, it might even drop below the floorboards. If it really bothers you, you can try adding a small spacer on the clutch cable to shorten the slack. But not too much, as that may cause the clutch to not fully engage.
dont put a spacer in, it will snap the cable, did it to that car ages ago and thats another reason the old cable went after 100 odd miles!

Fair do's...
I will run it as it is for now, see what happens, if it does get stuck again i will look in to the cable, although i have been told that it might be my pressure plate....?
