Pagid fast road pads, they are fooking awesome, scared yet another peron wiht my braking power yesterday, can go from 30-0 in about 3 mtrs, and only about £30 from GSF

And the only other ones I suspect that might get a mention are the Mintex1144s.

TBH those are the top 3. But the Ferodos are fierce. Last time me and Jesus etc went for a blast I decided rather than slow up and pull in behind him for the rapidly approaching r/bout, I'd nail it dive in front and hope like hell it stopped before I ran in to the back of The Kirmanator.

It did. Easily.

Standard? :D

Sod that, i'm running std discs and pagid pads, was running std reno pads and discs before, and these are like 4-pots compared to reno ones

Not sure there is anything wrong with standard for road use. The main problem with standard is overheating according to Mark, and therefore brake fade.

yeah, std ones are shite if you really push your breaking points! fade like fook.

I would uprate for track use without a doubt (ill see after my first track day), but i dont envisage going fast enough to cause fade.

Most of the above mentioned are pretty good pads. Extremely good for the road, but I could never get more than about 5 minutes use out of anything in the standard calipers when on track.

If your using your car for track days forget the stock brakes I've got the ktec big disk conversion and the brakes were useless after two laps of use. However I'm not sure if the fluid has been changed reciently.

cant fault the mintex 1144 pads on road, never had any problems at all with them

Edde, is your big brake conversion still using the standard calipers?
