According to the haynes manual, rsi's fuel pumps have a lower flow rate than the valver pumps. so as im building my car up with a F7R turbo lump now, i thought i'd swop the pump for the valver item. but ive just compared them and all the numbers stamped on the top of both pumps match exactly?!

so does that mean theirs no difference between the rsi & valver pumps??

any help would be great thanks.

youve already confirmed they are the same part though...

yeah but isn't that odd? ive never changed the pump and haynes manual is saying they should be different flow rates. was just wondering if someone could confirm that they fitted the same pumps to both models as standard?

yes as gunner said fit an uprated item as your pump will be on its limits as its 13 years old.

wonder what bar the walbro pump is....

the bar will be reduced by the regulator anyway
