I'm with flux and have had no problems with a recent claim. All went smoothly :solider: . No experience of Admiral tbh.

i use elephant, i think they are the same company as admiral, never had a problem with them and have always under cut the other insurers for me by bout 300 quid :lol:

Its more a case of which insurance company you're with, rather than the broker. After all, someone like Flux will just sell the policy, they're not responsible for the claims

im with admiral, just had to claim as someone ran into my parked car while i was in bed !!!

anyways admiral were rubbish, kept messing things up and in the end i sorted myself with the other drivers insurance, then after it was all sorted admiral sent me a letter saying they had sorted it and for less of a pay out ???? but the other company had already taken the car and told me i was getting more, then i had to sort out admiral and get them to get the right amount. not very impressed, has taken 2 months to sort it for somthing caused by the other driver and they admited to doing it !

Admiral are shite and robbed me of a hell of a lot of cash when:

a: after saying I'd get a big rebate when my no claims were refunded they didn't.

b: ripped me off for loads when I subsequently sacked them off.

I was actually with Bell but it's al the same group and the same policy.
