the evil rust has hit my clio Quiet Bad. Back Arches are bubbling at sides and top at the bottom paints flaked.

whats the best way to Treat???

Get a wire brush on an angle grinder and get the paint off. Hopefully the metal underneath wont have holed. If its just pitted you should be able to get away with a thin layer of stopped (fine filler) to smooth the metal and respray. If theres holes but they're only tiny make sure all the rust is removed then just filler it and paint. If the holes are big its new arch time.
