Right I'm going through front tyres very fast and have concluded that the increased tyre wear can only be down to my tracking, as I recently did the TREnds and didnt get it tracked. I phoned up a place that does the laser tracking, as other places can't do the tracking. I got quoted £89.99!!!!!!
Does this seem ok ?

the place i went to is just a "local" garage place..

just go somewere local offer them £20 in notes to track it, if there not bussy, they mite not have to put it though the tills... everyone is a winner!

you need to find a garage that will lift it using a lift where the car sits on the sills.

Take along some blocks of wood, as there is a bump in the middle of it, my car wouldnt fit on ramps, but did on this.

I had to take mine to a specialists to get it tracked.

It went up on the ramps (wasn't raised or anything though), but they used some special equipment designed to track low cars.

Didn't cost much either.

the tracking will be whats causing my rapid tyre wear on the edges won't it??

If so I may just have to pay the price as no one wants to do my car.

I have the same problem, had to get mine mirror tracked, but I don't think it's very accurate.

Cliokidz, where did you get it done and how much? Wouldn't mind having mine redone, did they align the steering wheel properly?
