Hi,
need to replace my ARB, just wondered how long it would take, and also how hard/easy it is?
ive got a haynes but not with me at the mo so havent looked.
Will i need to drop the subframe? Not a problem if i do, done it a couple of times before!
Cheers
James
Subframe doesn't need dropped but it can be a pain getting the bolts on - buy plently of clamps!

I rank it as a tedious task.
its a pain to line up and clamp the bolts on
ai, as above not too long but fiddly,
one of those 'how the f*&k does that go on, no way is it gonna fit'
slip....bang
'oh! like that'

only thing you've got to make sure of is that it's central
