Yes, apart from Phase2's the bit under the headlight is colour coded. (Plastic
trim.. (if you looking at used items))

I think they are, apart from teh coloured bit in the indicator is more obvous its orange in the ph1's, and i'm sure they don't fit the same, got a poh1 on my passenger side i wanna get a oh2 1, either that or its all outa shape
