Am not happy with my brakes set up, dont get me wrong compared to std they are mint, but i expected more!

Running Hi spec 285mm 4 pot kit on the front, with cross drilled discs and green stuff pads

I've heard bad things about all of that tbh, but am not gonna be changing the calipers so i was wondering are grooved discs a better bet and what pads am i best of with?

cheers

Yeah, maybes try renewing the brake fluid, but I don't like Greenstuff pads either. Try a different type of pad. :)

Am running grooves. I don't think they are any different over solids for fast road driving. And I have also been told by many that green stuff pads are pretty lousy performer but great at keeping the wheels dust-free (maybe that's why they don't work well).

Green Stuff are wank! My budget Ferrodos worked much better than the green Stuff pads.

I'm running Mintex Extremes at them moment and they're quality. Heard good things about DS2500 but I think they are better suited for track.
