very nice mate, bundles of fun, and very chuckable through the twistys, had a 1.9 and a 1.6 myself, had more fun in the 1.6, mainly because it was a £250 bargain special that i didn't give a shit about, so it got driven accordingly  , and it handled better!

if you get bored of the power, or lack of it  , stick an mi16 in...enjoy!

lol, a nice blue would be great mate or sorrento green but I got it for a good price, so it just needs MOT and taxing and then we're on with having some fun with it!

Wouldn't mind taking it on a track day or two to see the difference!

Will get some better shots when it's all polished up etc, thats just what he sent me!

Martin - executive smecutive!! thats in the future!

Cheers lads, will keep you all up-dated!

It's amazing that the wheel arch clearance is so high, yet the overall car's height is far shorter than you neighbour's car.
Love the eighties red gti strip going all around the car. 8)

Think it was mostly a GTI thing, like the Golfs, XR3is, Metros etc. The plainer models in the ranges just get black plastic trim.
