R5 rollcage

anyone know if a r5 rollcage would fit into a clio without too much modifications, or is it a non starter?????

if you cut the sides off and your willing to make custom sections up im sure you can adapt one to fit.

thanks, going to give it a shot anyway as its cheap and rekon armed with the tig and grinder should be able to make it fit............

Willy 3 ~~ is the cage just for track day use ??? If it is for competition work ~~ Rallies,sprints etc etc.It must conform to type as per the MSA rule book ~~ and be welded by an approved ( certificated ) welder :wink:

its just for track use, and it will be a certified welder welding it if need be, so should be fine............

well it bolted straight in with only 1 hole needed drilled where the front and rear meet and obviously plates welded in where they mount......dash dosen't even need modded......will put pics up soon

its a omp one and its a 6 point cage..........going for the full fitting today.... :lol:
