Could someone please tell me what the sensor under the oil filter is for also the sensor above the oil filter and the sensor under the inlet manifold?

The brown sensor under the inlet manifold is the 'detonation' sensor i think and the one under the oil filter is for your oil level and temperature - again i might be wrong.

also im needing to know what these sensors are? is the white sensor the coolant temp sensor?

white is CTS indeed ,the other one is the water temp sender.
last picture is oil pressure sensor
