Fuses blowing and rear clusters all flashing together!

i bought a hybrid yesterday and basically im getting electrical problems fuses blowing for the brakes repeatedly and the rear clusters acting funny like when u brake and indicate they both flash! i removed the unit and it had quite a bit fo water in so i dry it out but its still doing it on certain combinations of lamp! what can any1 suggest?

sounds like the light bulb clusters are dead, i had to change mine after a nice water leak on them, had same problem!

i used to get similar when you braked and indicated at the same time, i cleaned up the earth in the rear cluster and that seemed to sort it !

Check the plug hasn't burnt out going into the drivers rear cluster, also check it has all the correct bulbs in the right places (twin filaments).
