Ok mate - this is what u need to do.

Take off the rear door cards - so u can see inside the sills...get a torch

Get a mate with a hose pipe to aim it on the lip - particularly along the edge towards the front of the car....

I think u will find the inner rear arch has come away slightly from the outer....

I've got this. Weirdly on teh sill that isn't knackered!

Winston suggested trying the rear window lock srews. He said his were just a little loose and the water got in there. Not checked mine yet though

Just drill a couple of 6mm holes in the sills right at the rear where the inner arch is and it'll stop happening.

Or just unblock the proper drainage holes.

Where are the drainage holes Mat? I've only had a quick look tbh and when I found the rusty hole (wahey) I got sidetracked.

there little bugles that run along the very bottom seam of the sill. every so often theres a little bump between the inner and outer piece that acts as a drainage point. make sure its clean with a bit of welding rod etc.

I just blast some compressed air up them.
