Hesitation on very light throttle?

Hey, recently i've been noticing the hybrid 'chugging' or hesitating on very(VERY) light throttle. This is a pain in traffic jams! It's not that bad at the moment but wondering if anyone knew what it could be.

I've cleaned the airfilter today but didn't do anything, cleaned the ISCV and TB before I put the engine in too.

Also it's idling a bit high on 1100-1300, I've checked and ajusted the throttle cable bit it still done is, is it ok to adjust the TB stop nut? I've re-earthed the speedo cable, lambda is fine too. Also the CTS is new.

any ideas?

shudnt really touch the t/b stop nut mate if u can avoid it, but if u work out where it is and return it after fettling (provided fettlin dont work!lol) then no harm done i spose.
