Clio williams engine rebuild

hi guys i am doing a full rebuild on my williams lump. im stuck on a few bits though. i have found the torque settings for most things but am struggling to find them for these. can anyone help me out?

main bearing caps
piston rod bearing caps

piston rod bearing caps 50nm 37lbft
