View Full Version : Repacing sills
Anyone have any info on this. My sills are as rotton as a 10mth old apple!
Plus obviously been worked on before as they are full over filler.
So just wondering if people have replaced them before, need any tips and also a cost of parts would be good.
Thanks
Pat

for a diver's side sill and rear arch for a valver, renault only parts, £270.. thats parts only.
I got my uncle's mate to weld the inner and outer sill and he painted it for me! £120! lol Obviously, that was cheaper than most places.. i didnt get the arch done in the end as it wasn't too bad.
hope this gives you an idea?!

Thanks James
I love Renault soooo much, they are just so reasonable with their prices
Did think about welding a plate on, but it is quite bad on the whole length, do you think I can get a copy panel, i.e not from Renault?
Any thoughts on this?

only thing with those is that they don't flare towrds the rear like valver/willy ones do!
Hence the reason they're renault only parts.. not sure whether you could bend it into place, but I wouldnt like too!
