as long as the nuts do not round off the job is straight forward....i think the nuts tend to round off!!!

any other suggestions? getting fluid going into the bias valve but not coming out of it so only got 3 calipers working. this is all due to the brake failure on the wheel which isnt receiving fluid. changed brake line, pads, bled the system etc... ABS is disconnected so not working. is there anything i should be looking at? anything simple i may have overlooked?

do away with the valve and install a bias lever in the cab

wouldnt that involve having to re route the brake pipes? install new ones? what sort of price would you be looking at? like the sound of the in cab valve! woohooo! lol

spoke to clio rod and ordered a gearknob, he enquired about a bias valve but they would have to be special ordered and take 3 weeks etc.. im going away with work for 3 months in the next few weeks so wont be here and i would ideally like it sorted before i go. anyone got any suggestions? tried GSF and Euro and no help there, they stock one for the williams but im guessing as the 3 has abs that its different to the others? range a few breakers but no luck, dam these changes! haha

anyone got any good ideas?

as far as i know - the bias valve is the same on the 3 as it is on the 1 and 2's mate.

are you sure northy? the reason i suggested its different is due to the ABS and therefore the circuit is different? ordered one from cliorod now for next week delivery which fingers crossed is all sorted ;o)

just rang renault (Arnold clark, St.Helens) and what a top guy the parts man (Graham is anyone knows him!) he took me through all the aprt numbers for all the williams and even the newer 172's and 182's to see if the part numbers were shared on any car... and guess what?... they arent! haha. its specific to the clio williams 3 due to the introduction of ABS and the dual circuit required to use it. All ordered up via rod so im very happy so long as it comes next week! haha also ordered a spanking new gearknob too so its looking good!
