Identifiying heads?

Is there any obvious difference to the untrained eye between willy heads and valver heads? markings? numbers? etc.

I believe the only way of telling the difference is to measure the valve diameters as i asked this question a while back and thats the answer i got!

inlet valves are physically different.

If head is on a block then you can peer down the inlet and spot extra bowl machining......unless the block says F7R lol.
