I picked up a F7R bottom end and im a weedy little shit, jus gotta hold it in the right place.

My mate Rob who I used to work with at the recovery garage used to be able to pick a full engine up on his own. He once picked a complete pinto twin cam up with alternator, exhaust manifold etc still on it. He was also a debt collector, scary lol

^^ Theres always one guy like that in a garage!. Bloke who i used to work out our place used to work at BMW and lifted straight six engines whilst in the parts cage for other techs, he took part in the commonwealth games for dead lifting though lol

Once two of us were struggling with a six speed quattro box (rs4) and he came over and lifted it up under his arm and took it away calling us puffs

I bet! Wouldnt bother i dont think! Heaviest one was an A8 quattro auto, still smaller than 4x4 boxes though, have to have special rigs for the Q7 and tuareg to take engine and box out in one, like a massive pneumatic flat bed, can get dangerous under these things lol Another tech had to take the 6.0 w12 out of a cetain man utd footballers car as he burst a hose and just kept driving (footballers  ), never seen anything like that block/box, try lifting that one under your arm lol

the biggest pressure would be not scratching the lovely red paintwork...

think biggest pressure would be not to wrap it up on the test drive lol.

the biggest pressure at the moment is not setting it on fire... leaky fuel tanks oh and its gorgeous blue, the only one i have ever seen in blue, test drive once the tanks are done ;)
