Steering column welding

Can any body post the pics of the steering column weld fix so i know exactly what needs to be done, i know what needs to be welded but just want a pic so i can show the lad who will be doing it. Ive seen the pics before but couldnt find them.

Make sure its a proper job ie welded all the way round or it could easily go again.
