Most of the factory aint there no more. Some of the half finished cars were used as transport to get from one end of the factory to the other. Mad seeing a place like that, would like to go and look round it now though. Wierd how everything just stopped and is at it was. Theres fields full of Rovers and MG's all round the midlands that never sold.

I live right next door to this place, most of its been demolished now, I watched them remove the bridge with the track inside from across the Bristol Road, it was weird to see it go. Its been a part of Longbridge for so long most of the local school kids ended up working here if they didnt go to college. Its a shame that it all went so wrong.

They are awesome pics, I really like them, kinda spooky, but nice to look at the history thats in that place.

probably one of the half finished cars they used to get around in! those tunnels are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge! They were built during the war so the germans couldnt see what we were building. :firegun: :gun:
