how do i get the boot strip off

gonan spary it black...as well as maybe the wheels...for PURE stealth look

just how do i get the bastard thiing off!!??

Wouldn't mind knowing this as 1 corner of mine is raised where someone has debadged (or whatever), and not refitted it correctly.

Torx bolts at each end and also just either side of centre. Ones near centre are beneath round plastic grommet things about 2" or so in dia.

THen pull but beware! It's also stuck on and the plastic will probably split.

T30 screws, normally when you undo it the threaded collar spins in the plastic.

If 1 side is loose this is normally the cause.

Don't have the part number for the Halfords budget carbon range boot strip I'm afraid. Only the quality OEM satin finish stuff with metal badging. :wink:
