Strange lights

Got a few issue at min with lights...

Dash lights that illuminate the speedo, rev counter, fuel, temp, and oil gauges dont come on when stick is turned.. Clock backlight works and the green and blue light for headlights work also?

could be something simple, like the little rotating dial that adjust the illumination level of the dials?? the one in the rsi plays up every now and again, if you have it in a a certain position the dias dont light, but mive it a little and theyre fine!! just a suggestion
