surely they cant do that on 2nd hand goods?

anyway apparently you need a vat number to get around this :?

gonna risk sounding very stupid now but does anyone know how to get a vat number?

U might be best off emailing the customer service Dept.

VAT is charged on the fees, not the value of the product you're selling, won't increase that much, the only way you'll get a VAT numer is if you're a trader selling new goods and declare your VAT seperately.
