Whilst paying another penaultsy charge and certain another one is on ethe way got a little bit angy while paying. The email address box on personal details is a great way to let the cuncil know I aint happy.
This was the toned down version. I didn't have the never to send what I was typed first time round....
Lets hope some one other than a computor reads it.
