Can these be inerchanged? PCC needs new bearings at the back, ULF has not long since had new discs. PCC doesn't have ABS, ULF does.

So I want to put ABS discs on a non-ABS car. I assume that won't be an issue.

As for putting non-ABS discs on a ABS car I'll be removing the ABS fuse anyway as it's for track so again I assume non-ABS won't be a problem?

I think that depends entirely on the equipment available!

As for fitting non ABS discs to an ABS car and removing the fuse, this would be fine until you needed to MOT the car as it would fail.

What would you need to get the rings off? I imagine some sort of puller which I don't have.

No special tools...

Heat the ring up with a blow torch, and knock a chissel down the back of it wi a hammer. They come of dead easy.
