my brothers used to flicker badly...

apparently its something due to the power output on the ballast confusing the ECU but that is usually on newer cars it happens...

usually cheaper Ebay kits cause it.

where did you get them from? get a guarantee??

Sam.

when i switch mine on they take a few seconds to spark up and get bright! takes about 5 seconds! not sure about flickering? double check your connections first!

this was an expensive kit, not ebay crap. the kit was suplied with two sets of leads, please try the other set and experimant. Any problems let me know as the hids were fully working when i sent them off.

it can't be the current because i just connected a second battery up from another car and still no luck! could it be the ECU?

Make sure the earths are good and as he mentioned try the other set of wiring.

do u have to upgrade the relay?, i dont think the lights would have anything to do with the ECU!

it may be the relays and stuff, type in the issue in to google and you will find loads of articles about fixes and general issues.

my brothers flicker on his beamer, he has took them off as it was very annoying lol...

one of them things i suppose, maybe a dodgy ballast?

if you have, or wazza has, go back to the manufacturer im sure they would gladly replace them.

:)

Check the wiring, I thought I had a flicker when I first switched them on but it turned out to be a connection that wasn't connected properly.

the hids were sold as working, i think the problem is down to fitting them.
