Cant believe none of you know how to do this!!

Its ground breaking technology, called blue LED's. LOL

The needles are white, which you can buy or you can simply scratch the orange off your existing needles, they are clear underneath.

They do look good, I've seen it done in many cars before, although I prefer them with stainless clock faces, which are pricey, although look the dogs dangleys.

So thats my saturday afternoon taken care of, but why is it you always find something to fiddle with on the car then it ends up taking you all day to sort it!?

I cnat comment on what Gunner has done as he may well have replaced the face bulbs with red as well, but the blue will make the orange look more red in contrast.
If you get my drift.

Yeah sorry, ppl have been PM,ing me...the dials are not mine whatsoever, i stumbled across them.

btw those clocks will have been modded more than just having blue LEDS placed in. myself and winston reverse engineered the clocks.. you definitely can make them more red ...i'd need to have another play with a set of clocks.. the main problem is the orange plastic behind the actual dials, the dials themself are a thin plastic, tinted orange.

They look better than just blue ones, be good to see them in the car

you need to get the needles back to clear, scratch the colour off and finish with fine sandpaper to a matt finish, this allows the light to travel up the needle better, i'm not sure if the willy ones are made out of white plastic but the valver's are clear with orange paint.

as gunner states the faces are tinted orange so when you shine blue through them it darkens the orange to red...

the face bulbs are all replaced 8)
