Hello.

1.4RT automatic, R reg so a phase 3.

The car's warning lights are all on due to the battery dieing. My sister has her test in a few days so I took the bulbs out of the clocks. The problem is that no garage wants to reset the electrics because they don't have the correct computer program or something.

The nearest Renualt dealer is quite a treck away and want a fair amount for the job.

Is there any other way that these can be reset without using a computer?

I have been told to disconnect the battery for five minutes, I will do that after she has taken her test.....just in case.

have you checked there is a fault present ??? or is it a faulty circuit ?

The air bag light was the first and that was due to a leaky sunroof, the seals been changed on that, the wiring was replaced but the light is still on.

The other lights came on after the battery ran flat.

I don't know how you test them.

how is the airbag light related to the sunroof ????? Did you fix that one ?

If the rest of the lights are on - take the battery off over night and see if that works....other than that its fault finding.

Are all the lights on ??? or just a few ?

The lights that are on are the gearbox with Auto written across it.

The air bag warning.

There is also a square with a jagged line in it.

IIRC These lights used to come when the ignintion was turned, they stayed on for about five seconds before dimming.
