The valver engine came out of the RT on friday to go into the tungy. Got the engine in connected everything up, turned the key, Spark, fuel at the rail, but not even a cough or a splutter!
The engine was running fine friday afternoon before it was removed from the white RT, the loom came with it aswel.

So whats causing the engine not to fire?
Am i right in saying that if the fuel pump is not generating enough pressure then the injectors wont fire?

Any help appreciated!

Yes Matt,

I dont think its the loom problem as they are both phase 1 and the previous week we when my engine was still in the white one, we got the car close enough to connect the Tungys car loom to my white valvers engine loom, when we turned the key in the tungy it started my engine in the white one. (bit dificult to describe). SO i dont think there is any discrepancies with the wiring looms.
Fuel hoses may be on the wrong terminals on the rail, the fuel pump may have shot it not giving enough presure?

Cheers
Amir

Like ive said, its turning over but not firing. All the elements are there for it to fire but it just isnt lol. Very frustrating. I think its down to fuel pressure, not sure though.

Yes Matt,

if youve done that then i suggest a bump start will sort it out mate. You could of flooded it.
