as above

bought the car, but spoke to dave and he cant find the key for tyhe locking wheel nuts!! how the hell do i remove them??

its an emergency too as one of the brake pads has actually falen off/snapped off and the caliper is fouling the rear disc??

depends on the type of locking nut.

Ive resulted to banging a socket over one to remove....

iv had em where u can bang a socket over em...but then iv also had em where the only option was to drill em n use a stud extractor..or drill n then pull the thread out n retap.

easy somthing small that will fit in but strong and wack it off with a hammer how i done mine and was very similar to them

to buy a key you need a code....and i take it he doesnt have the code.

my local garage are working on it as we speak :)

fittign the new pads as it fell off... lol

and they are using the old, fit a bigger socket around the bolt... smashhhhh it on and pull hard. they said they should be able to do it as they have done those type of nut before!!

yeah a cheap 19mm socket (as they're soft)and a big hammer :wink:
