steering column

i have fitted a manual steering rack to the track car and had to find various other bits (track rods ect) that weren't interchangable.i got a column out of an 8v model.

since then ive noticed that the column comes out to the driver cock-eyed,is there anything ive missed?????

Should be more or less straight i think, you needed a manual rack and track rod endss to suit, also a manual column

Mine is coming off shortly as i ahve shit loads of play in it, so will try to remember to get some pics, or you coudl come over to mine in leeds and have a butchers at my set up, if you can find it this time :wink: :lol:

its definately slanted,i had problems gettin the bottom cowling on cos the barrell wouldn't line up with the hole???? :?
