ok havent driven the williams for 2 days and its bloody cold down here. i started her up and she died? couple more attempts the same thing?

got her started and befored she died i held the throttle down and held at 2000rpm for about 30 seconds. then she was fine? would i be right in thinking something to do with the cold start injector? was like i needed to pull on a manual choke like my 5 for that little bit of extra fuel?

seems to be fine now but just thought it was a bit weird? any ideas?

ISCV stuck because of the cold?

Perhaps a tap with a hammer to get its motor working might be something to try.

Holding it at revs for 30 seconds probably gave the ISCV a chance to kick into life.

Mines been having problems for a while now with cold idleing..

Check the coolant temp sensor (white plug in the thermostat housing on the side of the block). The resistance across the pins should drop as engine temp rises. My connector once came off and the car wouldnt idle at all..

Also check the ISCV as mentioned, lambda sensor and cold start injector (this is my next stop when i get a warm day to check mine)..
