which is the best manifold a k-tec or the supersprint, is there much of a
difference between the 2

ive ran 3manifolds on my hybrid,

the supersprint came off...i dont rate them very highly.

not always the same mate - some cars are lighter than others but with underpowered engines

mine on the rollers with manifold and catback. :winkey:

Martin, Ben once told me when he first built yours up, he ran it with a supersprint and it made less peak power....likely gained some torque lower down tho.

They are never comparable on different spec'd engines....so when somine one says they are good or crap...it really doesnt matter, as that was on THEIR engine.

doesnt matter wot increase/decrease there is on the rollers..its how the car performs on the road b4 and after where its at.

differant cars - differant spec - differant results imo.

but i agree that on the road is where you need the car to be at its best. Afetr all - the dynos carnt get u to tescos and back.

DIfferent spec WILL yield different results, thats for sure.

A dyno will tell you how the engine performs in terms of output....the rest of the story is on the tarmac..weight, traction, set-up, driver ability etc

so going off whats been said, i now wouldn't bother getting one, although it was on the shopping list.
