A slowing passenger window is my battery-replacement indicator :) Have you check the battery voltage?

STOP! before any of you start pulling your doors apart it's almost guaranteed to be the switch. Especially if the passenger window works fine with one switch but not the other. All passenger window switches seem to be the same so you need to refurb them. There are little magnetic tabs inside the switch that need to be adjusted.

I've taken them apart before, very fiddly and all you can do is clean the contacts if thats what you mean? Much easier to buy new ones imo
