Is this stuff any good?

Will it do any harm?

And is it worth the money?

I used some when I first bought the car, used both of these actually but didn't really notice any difference and the oil was the same colour it usually is!

Injector cleaner won't do any harm, you won't notice any differnce unless its really been neglected, but always good to keep them clean.

With the engine flush you need to be very careful, as on an older higher milage engine the crap can seal of little holes and gaps etc, and when you fluch the engine you coudl find yourself having to reaplace gaskets etc

Be careful what stuff you use though. I'm sure my use of redex cleaner created a few problems. The garage local to me reckon that a lot of cleaners were originally designed for carb-fed motors and that using them in fuel injexted engines can fvck things up. Apparently they tend to know chunks of shite off which ca clog the injectors.

I suspect this happened to me.

This renault specialist recommended Wynns but I've not tried it yet.
