I voted Golf, but only because I've had enough 205s now! Still yet to see what all the fuss is about with these Mk2s. But that's just a personal thing.

Though saying that, if it's being used daily for work the Golf would be the better bet by far anyway.

Had 3 clio 16v's and a williams so fancy a change.

If i'm honest i'm swaying towards a mk2 golf, never really understood the fuss about 205's. I drove a miami blue 1.9 for a bit, handled shit and seemed gutless, was supposed to be a good one too :?

Plus with a golf when i need more power my mate owns a company called Voodoo motorsport who do 20v turbo conversions, 225 lump fitted mapped and running i can get done for £750 all i provide is car and 225 TT lump, money covers fitting, emerald ecu and mapping. Mates rates

Oh i dont know should just buy a van..................

I'd buy an below average williams thats mechanically ok but may have interior/exterior problems

If your going to be doing more tracks days than the odd journey here and there then for me its a perfect choice...

you already know the car and you can rip it to bits inside if its a rough un and be more naughty with this one that you'd dare with the old un

Im torn between the 205 and the rs turbo so didnt vote lol.

The golfs are slower than valver pace so i wouldnt bother

I know the golfs are slower, its not about pace to start with, look at the vedub scene  Plenty of parts, etc etc. Plus i could use it for work and only then run the 1 car. Plus i could play bout with it which i'm reluctant to do with the williams.

Only be a 3dr oak green for me if i get one though. Like rocking horse shit but i'd be in no rush, could wait for one to come along.

Winston knowsit, the futures German

No i havnt LOL

I want to run 1 vehicle and should buy a astra 1.7dti. I'm a bricklayer so can make money with it doing private jobs and get free diesel in the week

I know if i buy a car though i'll end up in the same position as the williams and wont want to park it on site and risk it getting hit, covered in cement etc etc.

Just the thought of a 2yr old diesel van doesn't excite me LOL Spose it is only for a couple of years until i've got my own brickwork firm and can have what I want

voted 205 gti, but I'd keep the Willy and get a load for the van Scott, or failing that for £2k Saxo VTS, makes the most sense, newer, quick, handles well in std trim...
