right. sent money off but haven't received goods. no reply to e-mails etc. how do i stand. is this considered theft thus i get the police to go round or do i have to travel from wales to london to try and catch the fella in and deal with it myself.

no one from this site. bought a cylinder head job from a well known site. sent of head and deposit. work took forever. received bill. paid it in full. over a month later no head no return e-mails etc. now really starting to lose my rag.

I've had similar with spare bits for the RT. Not quite that much money involved but £40 is £40. Sent a cheque in October, it was cashed in November and still nothing so i sent a threatening e-mail yesterday.

no no. Some scammer off e-bay! I've reported the bastard though and im gonna do everything i can to get my money back out of principle, even if it is only £40. :evil:

Too right and all. If everyone said "oh well its only £40 you live and learn" He'd be minted and laughing at all us silly people who are typically british and don't like to complain and cause a scene.

I always make a point of voiceing my opinions if i'm not happy, more people should IMO.

well the threatening e-mail worked and my bits will be posted this weekend. I cant even remember what they were tbh so will be a nice surprise when i finally get the parcel! lol. If they dont come next week im gonna hunt him down though cz i'll be megga pissed off! :evil:
