hi does anybody know how difficult it would be to fit abs on the williams 2?

may i ask why you would want to? te ABS systems on all mk1's is pretty poor in all honesty. it would be expensive too, you need the abs unit and associated wiring bits, along with the master cylinder to match it to accomodate the extra piping, you'd need to fabricate the extra pipework and change the hubs to abs fron hubs and buy the sensors (£125 each) than change the rear discs to abs ones and get the abs rings for the driveshafts too, i wouldnt like to add up the cost!

do you really want to? Its better that its not on!

Abs is good on a willy/valver in very very few situations - i'm very glad I don't have it on the 2 and most of the time I had it switched off in my old valver

But to answer your question I believe it would be quite a pain in the arse...

You'd at least need a willy 3 ecu, abs unit different hubs all round....

Money better spent on better brakes

I've specifically bought a williams 2 cos I'm fed up off the abs going wrong etc on my hybrid and having to **** about for the MOT....best avoided imo.
