What should the play between the top two pullies be, atm i've got it so you can twist it about 45 deg

^^ you dont mean 90 degrees between the cam pullies do you gunner as that sounds very slack! i had the same problem as i couldnt get to the back part of the belt where its longest gap between pullies is, you should only be able to twist it slightly between cam pullies becasue of them being so close together but about 45 degrees at the side. 90 lower down where theres more length.
